Sara Handmade Jewellery complies with Australian Consumer Law with respect to bespoke and ready-made jewellery.
Custom & Bespoke Orders
Custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty, not as described, or otherwise required under law.
We work closely with clients to approve all bespoke designs before commencement; changes can only be accepted before the item goes into production.
Ready-Made Products
Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days if unused, unworn, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds or exchanges are not offered for change-of-mind on sale or discounted items, unless required by law.
Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
If an item is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, customers can request repair, replacement, or refund as per Australian Consumer Law.
Faults due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
