Is there a warranty on my jewellery?

All ouf our beautiful jewellery pieces are designed to last a lifetime. A 12 month manufacturing warranty is included on all Sara Handmade Jewellery pieces.

What if the ring I want requires resizing?

All products available in our online store can be resized once to fit at no additional charge. Our rings have the ability resized up to 3 sizes either up or down.

Upon purchasing any jewellery piece online, a member of our team will be in touch to discuss getting the perfect fit. We asked that you do ensure you know your size to help make the process easier.

You can find your ring size using an existing ring that you wear with our printable ring sizer pdf.

How much is delivery?

All online purchases include free shipping Australia wide. International shipping is charged at a flat fee of $60 AUD.

I changed my mind. Can I return my jewellery?

All product information is listed in the item description, so please choose your piece carefully as we don't refund or exchange due to change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Wear and tear over time is normal and not considered a fault.

How long does it take for delivery?

Unaltered items are usually received within 7 days if shipped anywhere in Australia. Resizing or modifications to any piece will add additional time. Throughout the process our staff will be in touch updating you on the progress.

Is it safe to use my credit card through the online store?

All transactions placed through Sara Handmade Jewellery online store are processed through Stripe.

This system ensures fraud protection measures are maintained & cardholder data is secure & encrypted for buyer security.
