    • Wednesday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    Sunday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
    Appointments outside these hours and online consultations are also available for your convenience.

Craftsmanship & Bespoke Service

  • Every piece is individually designed and crafted by skilled jewellers, ensuring your jewellery is exclusive, personal, and expertly finished. Bespoke service allows you to add personal touches and be involved in your piece’s creation.

  • Handmade jewellery is priced according to designer time and the quality of materials. Remodelling your own gemstones or precious metals can help keep bespoke creations cost-effective while adding sentimental value.

Caring for & Resizing Your Jewellery

  • Each piece comes with a 12-month manufacturing warranty for peace of mind. We stand by the quality and longevity of everything we create.

  • All rings bought in our online store include a complimentary one-time resizing (up to three sizes). Our team will guide you to find the perfect fit, and our printable ring sizer makes it simple to check at home.

Orders, Delivery & Shipping

  • We provide free shipping across Australia. International shipping is available for a flat rate of $60 AUD.

  • Ready-to-ship items usually arrive within 7 days in Australia. Pieces requiring resizing, remodelling, or customisation will add production time. You’ll receive regular updates during the process.

  • All payments are securely processed via Stripe, with robust encryption and fraud protection in place for your security.

Returns & Change of Mind

  • Please choose carefully. As each piece is custom made or altered to order, we do not provide refunds or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect sizing. For concerns with quality or fit, please contact us promptly—our service is always personal and solution-focused.

  • Normal wear over time is expected and not considered a fault, but should you encounter an issue with the craftsmanship during your warranty period, we’re here to help.

  • Yes, we can present your piece beautifully for gifting—please let us know your wishes when ordering.
