When it comes to finding the perfect engagement ring, many people are now turning to bespoke designs to ensure their ring is unique and one-of-a-kind. At Sara Handmade Jewellery, we specialise in creating bespoke engagement rings that are tailored to our clients’ individual preferences and specifications. In this blog post, we’ll explore the benefits of choosing a bespoke engagement ring and the process of creating one with us

Why Choose a Bespoke Engagement Ring?

A bespoke engagement ring offers several advantages over a mass-produced ring. First and foremost, a bespoke ring is entirely unique and customised to the wearer’s preferences, making it a truly one-of-a-kind piece. Additionally, a bespoke ring can be designed to fit perfectly on the wearer’s finger, ensuring maximum comfort and longevity.

Another benefit of choosing a bespoke engagement ring is that you have complete control of the design process. You can choose the materials, the type of stones and the overall style of the ring to ensure that it perfectly reflects your taste and personality. This also means that you can incorporate any sentimental or meaningful elements into the design, making the ring even more special and personal.

The Bespoke Engagement Ring Process

At Sara Handmade Jewellery, our bespoke process is tailored to each individual client. We work closely with our clients to ensure that every detail of the ring is perfect and that the final product exceeds their expectations.

Initial Consultation: The bespoke process begins with an initial consultation where we discuss your ideas and preferences. We’ll discuss your budget, the style of ring you’re looking for and any specific design elements you would like to include.

Design and Sketching: After the initial design consultation, we’ll create sketches or a 3D illustration of your design to help you visualise the final product. We’ll also suggest any design modifications or improvements to ensure that the ring is both beautiful and functional.

Stone Selection: We’ll help you choose the perfect stone(s) for your ring, whether it’s a diamond or coloured gemstone. We only use high-quality stones that are ethically sourced, ensuring that your ring is not only beautiful but ethical and sustainable too. We source diamonds on a project-by-project basis and a GIA certification is included on all larger diamonds.

Crafting: Once the design and materials have been approved, our skilled craftsmen will begin the process of crafting your ring by hand. We use traditional jewellery-making techniques to create a ring that is not only beautiful but also durable and long-lasting.

Delivery: Once your ring is complete, you’re able to collect it, or, we’ll arrange delivery and provide you with care instructions ensuring your ring remains beautiful for years to come.
