Our experienced team will guide you every step of the way. With over twenty years experience, our onsite jewellery designer and gemmologist make the process of creating a piece of jewellery effortless.
Design consultations can be undertaken by phone, email or video call. Drawings or with the help of technology and 3D rendering, you can visualise your design before we make it. Once and only when you are totally satisfied with the design will we begin crafting your piece.
Our highly trained jewellers, setters and polishers skilfully work their magic, on materials, that will become your bespoke jewellery creation.

Working with our designer, your idea for custom jewellery will take shape. Our experienced team make the process of creating custom jewellery an effortless and enjoyable experience.
We will size you and educate you on the different choice of settings, materials and gemstones. Any gemstones from outside our collection will be sourced for your project. If you have existing jewellery or gems you would like upcycled we can help you incorporate them into the new piece.
Together, we review your design ensuring total satisfaction. Our jeweller will craft your special piece bringing the creation to life.
